The RCM wishes to appoint a full-time Creative Careers Centre Administrator. The position is based in the RCM’s flagship careers department – the Creative Careers Centre. The Centre offers a broad range of services for RCM students and graduates, providing external performance opportunities, information, advice, guidance, training and access to networks as they progress into the professional world.
The successful applicant will be responsible for administrating a number of the core career development activities and a broad range of tasks to support this vital work. These include: teaching opportunities through the RCM Teaching Service, the external concert opportunities through the highly regarded RCM Gateway artist development scheme and regular careers events.
The postholder will be an excellent administrator and communicator, and able to work efficiently and effectively with staff, students, clients and venues.
