Schumann's Fantasie in C Major is generally described as one of Schumann's greatest works for solo piano, and is one of the central works of the early Romantic period. Frank Sauvignon also plays pieces by Bach and Ravel.

Francaix's L’Horloge de Flore is originally an oboe concerto - however, the orchestral parts in the reduced piano transcription constitute one of the most fiendishly difficult accompaniments to play for a pianist.
